622f4b424e Applied patch by Arto Huusko from PR bin/24753 to append a slash to "."
and ".." instead of skipping over them fixing completion for patterns
like ".*" and "..*".

26a246a095 * Escape '?', '[', ']' like other meta characters.

084c052803 quell GCC 4.1 uninitialised variable warnings.
XXX: we should audit the tree for which old ones are no longer needed

a74ea5fcd7 Process window size changes after xread(). [change window size]
echo $COLUMS $LINES; will now print the new sizes immediately, instead
