jtc	7bb3055523	Move building of link editor cache from rc to rc.local, like in SunOS, ... because the end user may need to add local directories to be searched. And rc.local is a much more appropriate place for local changes. I emailed pk on this matter, and he said that the overhead of not having linker hints for the daemons started by rc would not be significant.
