jsm 31b523eee5 Patches from OpenBSD: add verbs "open"/"unlock" (essentially a no-op), 
and "verbose"/"brief" (in verbose mode, always show long room
descriptions), and synonyms "papaya" for "papayas" and "coconut" for
"coconuts".
