6d8d0d63d8 sync with latest KAME in6_ifaddr/prefix/default router manipulation. 
behavior changes:
- two iocts used by ndp(8) are now obsolete (backward compat provided).
  use sysctl path instead.
- lo0 does not get ::1 automatically.  it will get ::1 when lo0 comes up.

8305da0e8f Ops, use the proper setup_channel() function for promise adapters. 
Using pdc202xx_setup_channel() for PDC20268 and newer is wrong, and will
cause trap trying to read from a non-existent register on some arches
(e.g. macppc).
pointed out by Makoto Fujiwara on port-macppc.

e6d4f11739 Detection bug: If a packet is received while in the match() routine the stack 
would be overwritten, so allocate memory for a full packet via malloc()
instead. Use correct buffer maxlen (must be 2 complemet). Bug reported
and helped to find by Roar Thronæs.
