Allow for a group name to be specified in the ``user'' field: user[.group]

Allow for max # of invocations to be specified; appended to ``wait''
field: wait/nowait[.max]
Allow for RPC specifications in numeric format.
Inetd now stores its pid in `/var/run/inetd.pid'.
Support for AF_UNIX family.
