mycroft	b0418d8861	Fix the ffs() inlining bug. Note that this is normally done in the machine description; why we are using pregenerated insn-* is a mystery to me and will cause problems for people doing ports. Note that this sequence of instructions may not be optimal for 386 and 486 class processors (though it is for the Pentium).
