#if 0 the declaration and definition of xennetback_tx_free()
Since it is never otherwise referenced, this cannot make any current operational difference, but should fix the build. (-Werror=unused-function) The added #if/#endif lines are /* XXX */ commented, so they will be easy to remove when needed.
