Use <compat/netbsd32/netbsd32.h> instead of <machine/netbsd32_machdep.h>,
which is not intended for standalone use. Compile tested for all ports with their own COMPAT_NETBSD32 codes: aarch64, amd64, arm, mips64, sparc64, and algor64. Should fix build failure for mips64 in netbsd-9, where netbsd32.h is not included by other header files.
