Switch to MD_DO_NOT_NEED_FALLTHRU.
While here: Factor out .section/.previous wrapper into a separate macro. Provide frame pointer. Add the comment to MD_CALL_STATIC_FUNCTION to explain why it needs semicolon and why we actually don't use that macro.
