Update arch/pmax/pmax/genassym.c to compile with -Wall: use offsetof().

Move to mips/pmax/genassym.c, as (most of) the assembler locore code is
being merged into a generic-MIPS locore.

Remove the redundant pmax/pmax/genassym.c.
