Document virtio(4) addition in CHANGES. Noticed by Emmanuel Kasper on
tech-kern@. virtio(4) is the VirtIO protocol used by KVM to drastically improve the performance of virtualized peripherals. virtio(4) originally written by minoura@; imported in src by hannken@ around 2011-10-30.
