Changes to the nvi entry:

. remove "nb10" from imported version string (field "Version:") because it
  doesn't reflect any useful outside-of-netbsd information and moves too often
. change the comment to say that we may import nvi 1.81.x someday, mostly
  to get mutibyte character support

1.79 is probably the last version we will import. Nvi is now moving towards
X11 support and other things we don't want.
We have lots of local bug fixes, and the point of importing 1.81.x would
be to get multibyte characters support. For now this means waiting for
additions in our libcurses.
