5) Be more liberal in blasting SIATXRX and SIASTAT in nway_auto(); in
particular, make sure that all the SIASTAT_ANS bits are in the right state so we don't do something inane. Still doesn't actually bring the link up properly, but at least it negotiates most of the time, and does it a little faster.
