Don't use roundup(IEEE80211_CHAN_MAX, NBBY) which is wrong anyway

[correct would have been howmany(...), use IEEE80211_CHAN_BYTES,
which is used in the other ioctl method. While here s/u_char/u_int8_t/
for chanlist to match the rest of the uses.
