Define the various MIPS* CPU macros also for _STANDALONE in addition
to for _LKM, so that we don't #error out in that case. This fixes the build for sgimips boot programs, which wants to use libkern, which now includes the atomic stuff, which for the mips ports ends up including this file. "simonb said OK"
