handle unaligned ldwu/stw instructions. While there, fix a bug in the
unaligned access handler and clean it up some. Add support for emulating the BWX instructions (ld{b,w}u, st{b,w}, sext{b,w}), which user software can expect to be emulated. (Thanks, Alpha Architecture!)
