- Add BUS_SPACE_MAP_PREFETCHABLE

- Re-define bus_size_t and bus_addr_t to be u_int32_t.
  While this may well lose for future silicon with NEFFBITS > 32, the
  original u_long was a waste on current designs (especially for _LP64).
