Adjust unmount prints to avoid "boothowto = AB_VERBOSE" from being

cluttered like this:

unmounting file systems...unmounted kernfs on /kern type kernfs
unmounted etcetc.
 done

tested: ~AB_VERBOSE, AB_VERBOSE, -DDEBUG
