In kern/12554 workaround in pmap_page_remove, don't forget to unmap
(and unlock) the other pmap's pte's before continuing to the next pmap. Avoids pmap lock leaks (generates LOCKDEBUG warning, deadlocks MULTIPROCESSOR).
