Use Subsection headers instead of Symbol macro

for a few headers. This makes this consistent with the
other boot.8 manual pages.
(I am guessing a typo was done one time and then duplicated to few
other man pages. I noticed when looking at print version which had
all architecture boot.8 pages.)
