After removal of "sendmail":

- Remove the code dealing with "sendmail" updates.
- Don't check for the existence of user and group "smmsp" any more.
- Remove "/etc/rc.d/smmsp" and "/etc/rc.d/sendmail" because there defaults
  have been removed from "/etc/defaults/rc.conf".
