Add two flags to keyboard/mouse attachment:

PCKBC_CANT_TRANSLATE for keyboards that cannot translate to XT scancodes
  PCKBC_NEED_AUXWRITE for mice that don't probe first time
These flags can be set by the port-specific attachments.
