Appease gcc -fno-common:

Browse Source 
- remove initialzation of physmem since it's properly initialized
   before pmap_bootstrap() using a value passed from bootloader and
   sanity possible maximum value is not necessary
 - remove cn_tab = NULL initialization because no worth to patch it
Tested on NWS-1750.
