rf_configure.c
- remove dependence on stuff in sys/dev/raidframe - now rely on <dev/raidframe/*> - bring in some needed prototypes for local functions - nuke RF_ASSERT's. - drag in some needed RF_ERRORMSG's raidctl.c - rely on <dev/raidframe/*> - welcome to the New Way of doing RAIDframe #includes. (No functional changes.)
