BLOCK_SIZE->SPARC64_BLOCK_SIZE
BLOCK_ALIGN->SPARC64_BLOCK_ALIGN XXX these values are unused in sparc; this is merely to keep the sparc and sparc64 versions of psl.h in sync, and to allow sparc to build again.
