Pull up following revision(s) (requested by phx in ticket #841):
sys/arch/amiga/include/vmparam.h: revision 1.43 Remove unused KUSER_AREA, SYSPTSIZE, USRPTSIZE. Bump MAXTSIZ and MAXDSIZ to the same values atari is using. This makes gcc 4.8 (/usr/libexec/cc1) load and execute.
