several fixes to netbsd host support:
- look for sys/param.h, sys/sem.h, sys/ipc.h, sys/ioctl.h, sys/filio.h and sys/uio.h - don't look for sys/isa_defs.h. we never had one. - call GLIBCXX_CHECK_POLL, GLIBCXX_CHECK_S_ISREG_OR_S_IFREG and GLIBCXX_CHECK_WRITEV - define _GLIBCXX_USE_WCHAR_T, HAVE_NL_LANGINFO, HAVE_ICONV, HAVE_ICONV_CLOSE, HAVE_ICONV_OPEN, HAVE_MODF, HAVE_STRTOF and HAVE_STRTOLD still broken includes: _GLIBCXX_HAVE_S_IFREG, _GLIBCXX_USE_ICONV, _GLIBCXX_USE_NLS, _GLIBCXX_HAVE_ISWBLANK, _GLIBCXX_HAVE_VFWSCANF, _GLIBCXX_HAVE_VSWSCANF, _GLIBCXX_HAVE_VWSCANF, _GLIBCXX_HAVE_WCSTOF
