Make cddl/osnet/lib/libdtrace buildable with MKLLVM=yes 

Clang/LLVM does not recognize:
 - -Wno-maybe-uninitialized
 - -Wno-unused-but-set-variable

MKGCC=yes still builds the distribution.

This is a step forward functional MKLLVM=yes HAVE_LLVM=yes build.
