Please calculate KERNEL_PT_KERNEL_NUM from KERNEL_VM_BASE. 

Moreover, can define KERNEL_VM_BASE somewhere. (ex. in conf/YOUR_GUMSTIX)
  For instance, allow miniroot.fs over 16Mbytes.
