- Copy evbppc/obs405/machdep.c to evbppc/obs405/md_machdep.c.

(prevent machdep.o from conflict)
- Rename function: cpu_startup -> obs405_cpu_startup.
- Set md-func-ptr: md_cpu_startup = obs405_cpu_startup.
