Change handling of the UFI protocol so it goes through atapibus instead

of scsibus. This removes a whole bunch of specioal cases for UFI.
All this great simplification comes from Brett McCoy <bmccoy@genuity.net>.

* Over these wire protocols it handles the following command protocols
* - SCSI
* - UFI (floppy command set)
* - 8070 (ATA/ATAPI)
* - 8070 (ATA/ATAPI for rewritable removable media)
* - UFI (USB Floppy Interface)

* UFI and 8070i are transformed versions of the SCSI command set. The
* sc->transform method is used to convert the commands into the appropriate
* format (if at all necessary). For example, UFI requires all commands to be
* 12 bytes in length amongst other things.
