Deal with {get,set}rlimit{,64} properly, respecting the RLIM_INFINITY,
RLIM_SAVED_MAX, and RLIM_SAVED_CUR values. We should fix our own implementation to do this and use unsigned numbers for rlim_t as solaris does.
