Add long long (%lld etc.) support and width (%02x etc.) support

in libsa printf(3).  Disabled by default but enabled by
-DLIBSA_PRINTF_LONGLONG_SUPPORT and -DLIBSA_PRINTF_WIDTH_SUPPORT.
Provided by tnozaki@ for my libsa debugging. Thanks!
