- convert usage of "defopt" to "defflag" where the relevant option does not support a value (e.g., it's to be used as "options FOO" instead of "options FOO=xxx"). options that take a value were converted to defparam recently. - minor whitespace & formatting cleanups

Add support for I2O adapters and SCSI/FC-AL/BSA class devices. This needs more testing with different configurations, and work in a number of areas (which I'm not able to do for a little while), but is at least functional and stable on i386 with DPT adapters.

Add `dpti', which is an I2O vendor extension implementing the DPT/Adaptec control interface. This makes it possible to run the Linux versions of dptmgr, raidutil, dptelog and other tools under NetBSD.
