Add Experimental ELF support for cats. Only to be used if you feel daring enough to run the ABLE firmware.

Don't define -D${MACHINE} in Makefile.arm. Instead, let platforms that care define it themselves. Note that evbarm NO LONGER defines -D${MACHINE}.

Initial mechanism for building a working cats kernel with ELF compiler. Note that the shell script needs work, currently it assumes TOOLDIR is valid, if it's not it should probably just try using objdump and size. So some work still to do, but you can cross compile cats kernels now.

Take the newly added kern.ldscript for handling ELF->a.out from jason, and apply to the cats kernel build. Seems to work happily for me.

The results of my cats NWDO hacking. This was tested using a custom INSTALL kernel. The current one is >4Mb which the cats firmware can't currently boot. We need to decide what needs to be removed from INSTALL.

LINKADDRESS != LOADADDRESS, so fix that typo. Also move the elf2aout conversion to be last in the build sequence, this means that strip is run on the elf kernel. Also have dbsym run on the kernel, this should allow us to have symbols in the kernel. This now means kernels boot and run, and can also have ddb symbols.
