pass -Wno-error=implicit-fallthrough for zlib.c. XXX: consider using copts.mk for various warning/copt flags passed in kernel builds currently set via 'makeoptions' in files.* files. this is suboptimal, as those all get embedded into the kernel with config_file.h.
